Due to the delicate and fragile nature of my pieces, I do not accept returns. However, if you have any questions and/ or issues with your order(s) please do not hesitate to contact me on chaargoush@gmail.com and we will find a solution that works best. 

All items on this website are ready to be dispatched and will be shipped within 3 business days. If you're purchasing a gift and are in a rush, do not hesitate to write me a line and I will make sure it goes to the post office within 24 hours.

Please note that while I drop orders off at the post office promptly, delivery and carrier delays are completely out of my control. 

All orders are shipped with full insurance protection. This is rare, but if any damage to the piece(s) occurs in the delivery process, the full price of the item(s) and applicable shipping, if paid by customer, will be fully refunded.
